About DGSP

Overviews

DGSP is a functional genomics project organized by Toshiro Aigaki, Department of Biological Sciences, Tokyo Metropolitan University. The goals of the project are to:

• establish 20,000 P{GS} insertion lines
• collect phenotypic data for each insertion, including those induced by GAL4-dependent misexpression
• construct databases for insertion site and phenotypic information
• develop computer programs allowing classification of genes based on the phenotypic data

All insertions will be mapped to the genome sequence, which can be searched with name of gene, CG, CT, or cytological map position. See "Tutorial" for detail instruction. All available stocks are already deposited in the DGRC Kyoto stock center. Please request the stock at http://www.dgrc.kit.ac.jp/. Not all of the stocks indicated in the map are available.
